WORSHIP COMMITTEE
  This committee oversees St. Michael Liturgical ministries and looks to the fostering of spiritual growth opportunities.

Altar Servers   …   Volunteers fifth grand and older; trained and scheduled to serve Mass.

Church Decorators   …   Responsible for seasonal decorations of the church.  Eager, creative people are always needed.

Eucharistic Minister …  1) Sharing the Body and Blood of Our Lord to fellow-worshipers on Sunday, weekdays and Holy Days.   2)  Ministering to the needs of people who cannot attend Sunday worship, by listening to them and by bringing them God's Word and His sacrament.  3)  All ministers are trained; commissioned for three years;  minister to shut-ins, nursing homes, and in prison ministry.

Greeters   …   Welcome worshipers as they enter the church for weekend Masses.  Also recruit a family or member(s) of the congregation to bring up the gifts at Offertory.

Lector   …   Proclaims the Word of God in Liturgical assembly.

Music Ministry   …   Provide music for Liturgies and encourage worshiper participation.  It is composed of various vocal and instrumental groups and special youth and children’s choirs.

Prayer Groups:
Mother’s Prayers   ~   Thursday at 8:45 am
New Life Prayer Group   ~   Wednesday at 9:45 am

Ushers   …   Assist in seating worshipers at weekend and Holy Day Liturgies; regulate comfort control; direct Communion line; distribute bulletins; ensure that the Church is presentable for the next Liturgy.

Church Cleaning Teams   …   Volunteers that work together in teams of 5 or 6 people to clean the church.
